MY STORY
A Journey Built Through Business, Experience, and Continuous Learning.
10 years ago, I founded ISGroup Consulting, a business focused on licensing legality, import-export consulting, and international freight forwarding, serving clients from Indonesia and abroad.
My journey continued through different businesses, including Papa Semut, Beejamoe, and Story Look, each bringing new experiences, challenges, and perspectives.
Alongside business, I am also a doctoral student at Diponegoro University, a practicing lecturer, and a speaker and coach at campuses, government events, and seminars
Every Business Became a Chapter.
Looking back, my journey does not look like a straight line.
It looks more like a collection of chapters, each one leading me somewhere I could not fully see before.
Starting with cassava-based products and discovering what it takes to build a business.
Papa Semut was one of the early chapters of my entrepreneurial journey. Through cassava-based products, I began to experience how an idea develops when it meets real customers, real challenges, and the demands of the market.

Through ISGroup Consulting, I became involved in business licensing, legality, import-export consulting, and international freight forwarding.
This chapter gave me a broader perspective on the challenges businesses face beyond their products, and taught me to look at business from both operational and strategic perspectives.

Beejamoe introduced me to a different product category and a different market. It taught me to understand consumer needs more closely and to see how a business can evolve through new products and opportunities.
Exploring the world of fragrance and building another consumer brand.
Story Look became another chapter in my journey through the world of consumer products, this time through fragrance and perfume.
It gave me another perspective on branding, products, and how a business connects with its customers.
Understanding how businesses move beyond their own boundaries.
Entering the international freight forwarding business gave me a deeper understanding of the systems and connections behind the movement of goods.
It expanded my perspective on how businesses, people, and processes work together when business begins to move across borders.
Exploring new opportunities across agriculture and global markets.
ISGroup Agri Global became another step in expanding my experience across business and commodity sectors.
This chapter added another perspective to the journey, particularly in understanding opportunities, markets, and the wider ecosystem around agricultural businesses.
