THE REAL BEGINNING

Building Before Knowing Everything

My journey started with simple businesses and real challenges.

From Papa Semut and cassava-based products to Beejamoe and herbal products, each experience introduced me to a different part of the process of building something from the ground up.

I had to think about products, people, opportunities, and the reality of bringing an idea into the market.

I gradually learned that clarity does not always come before action.

Sometimes, clarity comes because you take the first step.

A bigger perspective creates a brighter tomorrow.

LEARNING BY DOING

Experience Changes the Way You Think

There is a difference between knowing something and experiencing it.

When you are actually responsible for a business, every decision feels different. A small choice can affect the product, the people involved, the direction of the business, and what happens next.

Those experiences taught me to become more adaptable.

I stopped expecting everything to go exactly as planned and started paying more attention to what the situation was trying to teach me.

It's not just about building a business, but about becoming a better version of my self through the process.

PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

No Business Is Built Alone

The further I went, the more I realized that business is always about people.

Clients, colleagues, partners, mentors, teams, and the people who simply crossed paths with me all became part of the journey.

Some challenged my thinking.

Some opened new opportunities.

Some gave support at difficult moments.

The experience taught me that a good business is not built only through strategy. It is built through relationships, trust, and the ability to work with people.

WHEN THINGS DON'T GO AS PLANNED

Not every experience was easy.

There were moments when I had to reconsider a decision, adapt to a new situation, or accept that something needed to change.

I no longer see those moments simply as failures.

Some became expensive lessons. Others became turning points. And many of them changed the questions I ask today.

A business is not just built with ideas, but with people, persistence, and a willingness to keep learning.

WHAT BUILDING TAUGHT ME

Over time, a few lessons became clearer.

  • Start before everything is perfect.
    Action creates clarity.
  • People matter.
The right relationships can change the direction of a business.
  • Stay adaptable.
    Change is part of building.
  • Keep learning.
    Every experience reveals something new.
  • Stay grounded.
Growth should never make you forget why you started.

MOVING FORWARD

Today, I continue to see business as a journey rather than a destination.

The businesses may change. The challenges may change. The opportunities may change.

But the habit of learning remains.

And perhaps that is the most valuable thing building a business has given me.

Not all the answers.

But a better way of asking questions.

The journey did not teach me everything. It taught me how to keep learning.
