MY STORY

A Journey Built Through Business, Experience, and Continuous Learning.

My journey has been shaped by business, experience, continuous learning, and the people I have met along the way.

10 years ago, I founded ISGROUP Consulting, a business focused on licensing legality, import-export consulting, and international freight forwarding.

What started as a business journey gradually became an opportunity to work with clients not only from Indonesia, but also from China, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the United States, the Middle East, Europe, and other countries.

Through every interaction, every challenge, and every business decision, I began to understand that building a business is not simply about creating an idea. It is about understanding people, responding to challenges, adapting to change, and continuously learning from experience.

WHERE THE JOURNEY BEGAN

Building the First Chapter

My journey in business started with ISGroup Consulting. The company was built around licensing legality, import-export consulting, and international freight forwarding. Working with clients from different countries exposed me to different business environments, perspectives, expectations, and ways of working. Over time, these experiences shaped how I see business today. Business is connected to people, regulations, markets, logistics, communication, and the ability to make decisions in situations that do not always come with clear answers. For me, experience became more than something to collect. It became something to learn from.

Experience Changes the Way You See Business.

Building businesses across different fields has taught me that there is rarely one formula that works for everything. Every business has its own challenges. Every market has its own dynamics. And every person involved brings a different perspective. The more I experienced, the more I realized that business is not only about achieving results. It is also about understanding why things happen, recognizing what needs to change, and having the willingness to keep learning. That perspective continues to influence how I approach business, consulting, speaking, and coaching today.

BEYOND BUSINESS

Learning Does Not Stop With Building a Business.

Alongside the businesses that I run, I continue my academic journey as a doctoral student at Diponegoro University and as a practicing lecturer. For me, business experience and academic learning are not separate worlds. They continuously influence one another. The experiences I gain from business give me real situations to reflect on, while academic learning gives me another perspective to understand those experiences. This combination has also led me to become a speaker and coach on various occasions, including campuses, government events, and seminars. Sharing what I have experienced allows me to turn lessons from the journey into something that can be discussed, questioned, and hopefully applied by others.

FROM EXPERIENCE TO PERSPECTIVE

The Story Is Still Being Written.

My journey is not a finished story. There are still businesses to build, ideas to explore, people to learn from, and experiences to share. What began through business has grown into a broader journey of learning, teaching, speaking, and connecting with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. And perhaps that is what makes the journey meaningful. Not simply where it began, but everything it continues to become.
